The Land That’s Listening:
The All One Now Retreat Center in the Making
We are raising monies to bring this vision to life.
About this project

High on the saddle of the Vermont mountains, nestled within the ancient stone folds of the Chester Dome, a sacred land waits. It doesn’t shout. It hums. It dreams. It listens. This is a place of ponds and apple trees, old-growth forest and sentient stones. A place where the sacred whispers — through wind, water, and quiet paths.
Here, we envision the All One Now Retreat Center: a sanctuary for rest, remembrance, and reawakening.
A place where wisdom keepers gather. Where fire and song, silence and ceremony become the rhythm of life. A place for prayerful reconnection with nature, each other, and ourselves.
This is not a new dream — it’s been held carefully across time by three rooted, steady organizations: All One Now, Ninth Wave Arts, and a devoted group of Sanctuary Caretakers. Together, they form the bones and breath of this vision.
Now, we open the circle — inviting you to walk with us.
Where we are now
We have the opportunity to secure this extraordinary Vermont land. But before we can sign the purchase agreement, we must take responsible first steps — ensuring that the purchase, stewardship, and future use are planned with care and integrity.
Stage 1 – Start-Up Fund:
We are raising $15,000 USD immediately to cover the groundwork:
- Legal and administrative fees
- Property and environmental assessments
- Early caretaker and stewardship planning
These are essential, one-time costs that prepare us to purchase the land confidently and sustainably.
Stage 2 – Purchase & Set-Up:
Once the groundwork is complete, we will turn to raising the full amount needed to purchase and establish the retreat center. This next phase will include details on how the space will be prepared for its future as a sanctuary for learning, ceremony, and cultural remembering. More information on this stage will be shared soon.

About Us
The land is listening. The ninth wave rises. And in this moment — with hearts aligned and hands steady — we are all one now.
Together, we believe in this project. The land is alive, already pulsing with presence. The retreat center is already whispering its purpose.
All One Now
All One Now is a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit dedicated to fostering peace, healing, and connection through sound, ceremony, and community.
It carries a legacy of past projects and teachings, and is now being renewed — in partnership with Ninth Wave Arts — to serve as the legal and structural home for the All One Now Retreat Center in Vermont.
Ninth Wave Arts
Ninth Wave Arts is a nonprofit dedicated to fostering folk wisdom and folk arts, offering education rooted in creativity, healing, and connection to the earth.
As the steward of this project, Ninth Wave Arts works to bring traditional skills, stories, and practices to the forefront — with the aim that the land itself becomes the greatest teacher.
Why the Ninth Wave? In mythic traditions, it marks the edge of the ordinary world — the threshold of the liminal — where transformation is possible. This land lives there.
Caretakers
In support of the whole endeavour are the Sanctuary Caretakers — a group of hearts and hands with complementary skills and knowledge, ready to tend the land and nurture the community connected to it.
